Awesome staff starting with Yvette on the phone, the really helpful sweet lady that checked me in (she even brought me things back and forth so I didn’t have to walk on my injured ankle), the X-ray tech (I believe Susie) was beyond sweet and gentle with my ankle, the medical assistant was so professional yet down to earth and personable, the staff that brought me the boot and signed forms were very nice and helpful explaining how to use the boot and my crutches and finally Dr. C who took his time and made sure I knew what to expect with my injury and the game plan moving forward. Overall an amazing experience and I’m very happy I came to JOI!

The wait was a little long but the Doctors were excellent.
The quality of the treatment at JOI is unbeatable. Each doctor takes the time with each patient to discover and understand their goals and treatment needs. Each staff member, from the desk personnel to the nurses to the doctors, treats every patient as an individual…a person worthy of care. This means so very much when you are hurting or struggling to recover.
