When I first made the appointment as a new patient, the scheduling folks mixed me up with another patient and was never given an appointment. When my partner went to his appointment, I told Josh about the mix up and asked if he could help me out with the scheduling department. Not only did he walk me to the schedulers, but he told Dr. Hastings, I was seen 45 minutes later that day after completing the new patient paperwork. I was in pain, and I was relieved to have been seen that very day. Dr. Hastings and Josh were my heros!

Very nice office, organized staff, and my visit was well coordinated. I saw at least five different medical professionals within a short period of time, all with important roles in my diagnosis and treatment. The efficiency and effectiveness demonstrated by the medical professionals during my visit was great for JOI and great for the patient.
