Professional Clean atmosphere with great doctors
Dr. Martin took time to listen to my concerns and health concerns about my degenerative disc disease. He knows I’m going through a lot of stress right now trying to take care of my husband who has cancer. I’m the sole caregiver. The stress of this has caused my muscles to tighten up and cause much pain to my already weak vertebrae. He did not rush me. He patiently took care of me. What a wonderful caring doctor. Dr. Martin is the poster doctor of empathetic and caring physicians with perfect bedside manner and precise treatment!

-When checking out, J. provided a receipt that listed my copay amount. Dr. Smith's office in Nassau and the JOI central billing office was unable to do this on 29 January--said it was impossible. Now, that it found to be possible, please share this new knowledge with the office manager at central billing...this info will help others who have an FSA accounts.
Opportunities for Improvement
-Process MRI order in a timely manner..I had to wait a few hours for the MRI order to be transcribed electronically. I really wanted to schedule the MRI that day since I drove from Darien, GA, but when I called the MRI scheduling number, they told me it wasn't ordered yet.
