The services at JOI are awesome! I was seen at my appointment time, Kevin (Dr. Frykberg's MA) was very professional and answered all my questions. He even injected my knees and I did not feel a thing. Dr. Frykberg even came in to say hello and make sure I was doing okay! What a great team!

Very responsive to patient's questions. Zack, Dr. Perry's PA, called me late in the day on a Friday to answer my question that I had posed in the patient portal.

Dr. Frykberg and his P.A. are both very informative. They were patient, explained everything and answered all my questions. The x ray tech was also very nice and friendly. Explained each view.

First of all, when I called for an appointment I got one fairly quickly. I loved the staff, PA, X-ray tech, and Dr. Gave me all the info I needed and gave me options. Will definitely use them again if needed.
Dr. Solis was very thorough as usual. He explained all my options so I was able to make a comfortable decision.
