My doctor was excellent. That is the most important thing to me. The staff was organized, professional and prompt. I especially like having x-rays taken and available immediately. I also liked that the environment was bright, clean and well organized. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Ease of getting a next day appointment. After the standard medical questionnaire, I was whisked to imaging where the tech quickly took the X-rays Dr. Carrasquillo’s expertise was evident and his initial interpretation of the X-rays was thorough and quick. He anticipated and answered all my questions. A team of athletic trainers and medical appliance techs worked seamlessly to fit me for a soft boot with heel wedges to be worn before and after eventual surgery. Had I been a more compliant diabetic, I was informed surgery could have been scheduled the day after my visit to JOI and on the third day post-injury.
Not a long wait time.

My Doctors nurse I believe her name was Courtney so kind and friendly and very efficient at her job. Meeting my doctor for the first felt very comfortable with his review of my X-rays and the way we talked about treatments.

Dr. Keller immediately knew what my issue was after looking at my x-ray and when I asked a specific question he didn't hesitate or dance around the subject. I appreciated his candor. He was very respectful and honest, offered several options of care and service and made me feel that I can count on JOI for future care if needed.
The customer service was great fron the x ray tech to the gentleman who took my info before Dr Madden came in the drive was a bit much but it was well worth it I pray that my wrist will feel better from here on out if not I will definitely revisit
