Everyone was very friendly, the wait time was minimal. Dr. Frykeburg and ARNP Kevin listened to my ailments and were very attentive. They explained the best way to relieve my pain. The shot Kevin gave me was painless. I also thought it very impressive that they communicated with each other before presenting in the room. The workman’s comp department worked diligently to get me scheduled with a doctor when the insurance company wouldn’t communicate with me. The staff at the Baptist South was friendly and efficient. The doctor I saw, Dr. Solis, helped me understand my road to recovery with my injury and clearly explained my next steps while at home. I was in and out in a timely manner, and that included leaving with new medical equipment to help with my injury. Overall, it was a great experience.
