Everything. The staff from the front desk, to the MA's, x-ray techs, and the doctors. All show genuine care and really listen to you. I will not go anywhere else for my orthopedic care as long as I live in Jacksonville.
Staff are efficient in what they do and take the time for questions and explanations of whatever concerns the patient has. All staff are courteous, helpful and explain what to expect during the visit.

Friendly, professional staff. Dr. Picerno is an attentive, caring doctor that has my complete trust. He truly listens to my concerns then explains options and alternatives for care.

The Dr. Gavee the shot in my hip that i wanted even though he didm't think that was going to help me. He also prescribed some steroids for me. He thinks that would help me more, but so far the shot has helped me a lot, but i am takimg the steroids too.
Everything was so well orchestrated, from check in, to x-ray, meet with Dr. Pujadas, and out the door. Very well done JOI!
JOI system is very efficient. From making initial appt, to imaging scheduling, to surgery scheduling and the pre-op appt's prior. Everyone is very professional, answers questions and ensures that you know what's going on and are comfortable with everything discussed. I'm very happy with JOI.

Was seen with virtually no wait time. Staff was compassionate and listened well to my history. Although this was my first meeting with Dr Keller he explained everything that was wrong very clearly and what steps needed to be done to correct my injury.
