We had a bit of a wait but once we got in it was a very pleasant process. Dr. Freeman was extremely nice also the gentleman who did the XRays. Not everyone understands how to deal with my special needs daughter who is nonverbal. They were both very good with her.

The reception staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Snyder diagnosed my shoulder issue which has been lingering for over a month in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. I look forward to putting this behind me and am confident that JOI is the best choice.
