Dr Keller was very through and the staff was really nice.

Front desk staff are cordial and efficient. Office is immaculately clean. Wait time is average. Dr. Bell was terrific with injections. The only negative is that the office location is about as far as it could be from parking. That makes a long walk for patients with ambulation difficulties. Depending on the time of day, finding a parking spot can be very frustrating.

The office was very organized and the PA was very efficient and competent is assessing my problem and setting me up for treatment, This is a large medical group but each person seems to know their job and help the patients get the treatment that they need,
Dr. Keller explained all of the options available to me and then prescribed a very thorough course of action.

Appointment was on time. Options explained clearly. An outpatient procedure was able to be done then versus going through the process of making another appointment and coming back later. Everyone was professional, efficient, and thorough.

I like how the waiting time wasn't too long, the nurses are nice and talkative and very informative in what the doctor is doing for my health and if I needed to ask any questions..Dr. Kaplan was very informative and helpful with helping me to understand about my knee surgery and my health..I also like was how the front entrance of the second floor next to the elevators was very different and fixed well with no old carpets
My visit with Dr. Keller on August 2nd was very good. Scheduling had errored and sent me to Dr Savarese for a follow-up from an injection I received two weeks earlier. Even though I had specifically asked for an appointment with Dr. Keller as Dr Savarese had recommended. Keller's office worked me in so I would not have to make the trip for another appointment. The staff was super friendly and understanding. Dr Keller explained my issue by showing me the X-rays of my spine. He made his recommendation for treatment as if I was a family member. I was very comfortable with his recommendation. Very good experience. Would recommend Dr. Keller and staff.

I really liked Dr. Snyder and his friendly staff. He was knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He gave me a cortisone injection in my shoulder and ordered PT which I have started at JOI Point Meadows. Thank you Dr. Snyder!

Dr Piecerno, is awesome. He has preformed 2 hip replacements for my husband and one hip and recently surgery in my broken fumer. He explained procedures to you so that you know what to expect.
