We liked Dr. Crenshaw. He was very nice and answered our questions. The assistant that brought us to the room could have been a little more welcoming for us being first time patients. Demeanor was off putting.

I completed the necessary forms online prior to my scheduled appointment. I arrived for my 9 AM appointment 20 minutes in advance. Although there was a lengthy line for check-in, there was sufficient staff and the process was done expeditiously and professionally. Additional information was obtained once called into the office, and then on-site x-rays. All that was needed for the visit with Dr. Greg Keller was before him. Dr. Keller provided me with the information, next steps, and addressed my questions & concerns. I'm now waiting to receive a call to schedule my 1st injection.

Dr. Tandron is very thorough and patiently evaluates the problem before he makes his diagnosis. This is the second time I saw him for my knee pain.

I really liked everyone there everyone was so nice and funny too when you hurt like I do if you don't laugh you'll cry was so appreciated how everyone was so nice and helpful know somewhat about my condition and the Dr treated me like someone who understood everything but not explaining to me like a child of my condition kinda been there done that I knew what my condition was I told the Dr didn't expect it was that bad but I knew it wasn't good I really appreciated the way I was treated and talked to as well so glad I came back here

Had to wait in line to sign in, but otherwise it is a very efficient system. Test were ordered and scheduled the next day. Personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. MD listened to my concerns. Dislike the drive to that area.
Excellent facility and top notch physician’s. Staff is professional and friendly. Only negative comment is takes unreasonable time to get appointment with physician even if you are in a lot of pain and have a referral from your primary care provider.

Waiting period is short, able to fill out all forms online.. Dr. Young is very good and I don't have to go to the hospital for x rays..
Staff is very friendly and professional. They all make you feel welcome. Dr Picerno is fantastic. 3 years ago he replaced my left knee joint which turned out great. We are now going to schedule the right knee joint replacement. I have total confidence in JOI.
