Extremely pleased with the efficiency and careful attention given to my concerns during my office visit. The X-rays tech was very gentle in placing my hand in the needed positions for clear pictures for Dr Madden. She was very considerate of the pain radiating from my hand as she arranged it for the X-rays. Dr Madden presented me with several ways to proceed with my care. Each option was explained in detail to aid in my decision. And as always, I feel confident with Dr Madden's assessment and recommendation. For now, I'm proceeding with the least invasive procedure. But, I'm very thankful to have other options to consider should I not receive relief.
At 78 years of age, I'm most thankful to have Dr's Madden, Solis, & Percerno as my Team of JOI doctors working to give me the best 'quality of life' possible!!
