You are a very professional and caring practice. However, the old woman who is being trained at the PT referrals desk doesn't seem to know what she is doing. She needs to be thoroughly first before starting the job. This is not a "learn on the job" position. It was very unkind for me to have to wait 10 minutes as her co-worker guided her through the tabs on her computer screen, telling her what to click on and what to enter. Please get her off the desk until she understands what to do. Thank you.
