Dr. Gregory Neal Smith, Md did take time to explain clearly about my right knee injuries after taking a bad fall while hiking on vacation in Tennessee. His bedside mannner in this hectic world we live, earned my respect.
The hard-working ladies in office followed-up quickly to make sure I was scheduled for knee c scan and then back in their office the same day for Dr. Smith's consultation. Now that is impressive patient service while in pain and unable to bear any weight while walking.
