The instructor Joanie was phenomenal. She was very patient and helpful with everyone in the class, me in particular who is someone new to CorePower. I would come back just for her!

All the staff are so kind and friendly and the instructors are so good at what they do. As someone who’s new to yoga, I’m not intimidated by taking a new class because I know the instructors will thorough and thoughtful every session.
I just wanted to share how much I’ve loved being part of the CorePower Yoga Falls Church community—I'm coming up on my one-year anniversary, and it’s been such a fantastic journey. The coaches here are phenomenal—Charlie, Meghan, and Ky Tran have each played a big part in keeping me inspired and motivated weekly!
I wanted to share a quick suggestion: I would love to see more CSX classes on the schedule. They’ve been a great challenge and a refreshing addition to my routine. Also, I’ve noticed very few class options after 1 p.m. on Saturdays. It’d be great to have a few more afternoon classes to accommodate those of us with packed mornings.
Thanks so much for all you and the team do to create such a welcoming, high-energy space. I genuinely look forward to every class!

Great studio - clean and spacious. Instructor was very good I really enjoyed it and I’ve been coming to CPY (in Colorado where I live) since 2005.

I love core power and the instructors , AVa is amazing, but the rock center location is unacceptable. The mats are so ontop of one another that sweat from the person next to me lands on my mat.
Friendly and professional staff. Clean facility. Lots of variety of classes offered.
So far it has been a very resonant and life affirming experience! All the details of care, intentionality offered from every person who works or teaches here feel spot on. I didn’t know what to expect from a community class, and I was deeply impressed by the amazing teachers Harriet and Joel both give their students such a meaningful experience, and I love the donation based offering which further feeds into the abundant energy being produced in this space.

Great workout, excellent instructors and a nice community feeling
This class was great! great workout, great playlist, welcoming environment. I've taken other sculpt classes at corepower that i haven't liked as much because the room just gets too hot and the instructor doesn't open the door to cool it down when it's starting to get unbearable. I like the warmth but it's hard to tolerate when it starts to get really hot. But this instructor was great and the temperature was much more bearable, so I really appreciated that. I hope more instructors can be more cognizant of when the room is getting too hot.

Great studio! Very clean and surprisingly spacious. I love that there are 2 different studios within this location. I find that this location offers a ton of classes per day, despite being smaller in size than other locations I have visited. It is helpful that this studio offers validated parking, as well. The only thing that would elevate the experience at this studio is dedicated locker rooms. I love that there are the little cubbies, but a more private area would be nice!

I have taken two classes so far and I like the size of the classes (not too full), the teachers are very positive, upbeat and helpful, and the studio is clean.
I love the preston hollow studio! From the studio itself, to Morgan the manager, to the community, I think its my favorite in the DFW area!
