Very challenging yoga class but enjoyed it a lot! Monica H was excellent! The music is a bit too loud which causes ringing in my ears. Otherwise, really worth my time to drive over to OO to experience such a transformative yoga sculpt class. Thanks Monica H.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at CorePower Yoga! The energy in the studio is fantastic, but the highlight was definitely taking a class with Eva.
She is such an inspiring and attentive instructor. Her guidance was perfect, offering just the right balance of challenge and support, and her positive attitude is contagious. I left the class feeling sweating, strong, and completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend taking a class with Eva if you get the chance—she is truly a gem!

Floy was very welcoming and curious about why I showed up and what I was looking for, she got me set up, explained what to expect, and the best ways I can join. Her class was smooth, easy to follow, and challenging enough. All in all excellent experience and I will happily recommend others here when it comes up.

I love the classes!! The teacher (Tatiana) takes time to introduce new poses but give you options to go at your own pace. She is a lot of fun. The class atmosphere is welcoming. The studio is clean. The staffs are friendly. It’s a happy place!!
I loved Kyle’s class!!! He is a fantastic teacher already!
However, it’s very challenging to take a class in studio 1. It does not get very hot in the room at all, it was not hot enough and not humid at all! I asked, and he told me the heat was set at 90 but only reached 80. The room is also very tight, even with about 15 of us in there. It felt very temporary.
I know there’s a 7 am, but maybe we could move this class to 545? Or make this class or the 7 am (or both!) 45 minutes to accommodate both in studio 2?
I love Kyle as a teacher, but taking sculpt in studio 1 just isn’t ideal at all.

CorePower Arlington Heights is hands down my favorite! The team here is incredible. Ewa S is a master of form and precision, while Natalie C brings pure sunshine and positivity to every class. If you love creative, fluid transitions, you have to take Arianna Ar, and Jill B is a total powerhouse who will make you feel unstoppable. I also love Karolina M for her soothing, soulful vibe and Jazzmine K for bringing such fun, vibrant energy. Highly recommend this crew

Monarch has a new heater and it gets warm….other ones, mainly Mueller, does not get heat t enough.
