I really love my CorePower Yoga experience, especially at the Sauganash location. I live in Sauganash, so having the studio so close makes it easy to stay consistent. The instructors are great, the classes are challenging in the best way, and the overall vibe is welcoming and supportive. It honestly feels like a neighborhood studio I look forward to going to.

What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

Definitely the instructors. The one thing I like about CorePower is that the individual class structure is always the same. But, the instructors all have a different style and technique for teaching the classes. Some might be more intense, while others are not. The style of music is different with each instructor, and I like that variety. I really like the Sauganash location because it offers the classes I want at the times I’m available, parking is easy, and it’s conveniently located.
