CPY sculpt is perfect for me! Helps me build flexibility, strength, and endurance. I only wish some classes weren’t so packed. 3 rows is better than 4. I don’t like practicing when the next mat is only 3” away from me.

It's just too hot at Tustin and it's always been that way, but has been worse as of late. I'm not sure the reason but it was borderline unbearable the past few weeks and I've taken close to 1000 classes over the years. Otherwise, it's always a pleasure to take classes in Tustin.
