I enjoy the yoga sculpt and the strength classes. One thing that is disappointing, is that when we have a good teacher who has been there for a while, we always seem to lose them to another studio. Not all of the teachers call out form and technique during the practice. Not doing this could end up injuring the yogis if they are not holding the right form, especially when using weights. I'd like to see more teachers, call out form (i.e. contracts glutes to protect back, shoulders back when doing arm exercises, etc.)

I feel fortunate that I have had many teachers in the past 9 years, who have provided me with this knowledge and instruction.

Yoga instructors are well skillful, friendly and fun, after long day of work, definitely it’s a great place to be at CorePower Yoga. Location is great too. Thank you for having this great one week trial for new customers! Definitely will be joining after trying out for two days.

It's friendly atmosphere where anyone can feel good about working in their own frame, but with a community and instructors that push us in a encouraging way.

Teacher was awesome. Great music and instruction. Love that she gave different level options and she made me feel like I belonged in that class by saying my name and telling me great job!

I really like how most of the classes are fairly the same even with a different instructor. Although I have to admit that the instructor makes a big difference in the overall yoga experience in regards to motivation and clarity.

Frequency of different. classes through out the day

It was my first time taking a Strength X class and I loved it, it was fun and challenging and I truly felt strong after. The instructor was great as well! Facilities are clean and location was easy to find!

The frequency of classes. It is very easy to attend with so many offerings through out the day and week. I also like the diversity in yoga classes that can be taken. Finally, the instructors are excellent, especially Jim and Elizabeth.

I love CorePower! My instructor Christine greeted me by name upon arrival and said she was happy I was able to make it to class. She set an intention at the beginning of class and kept coming back to it throughout. She gave excellent cues and modifications for those practicing at a different level/pace. She adjusted our poses for safety and made sure to recognize each student in class for something. I am a teacher and was thoroughly impressed how she remembered everyone's names in class. The studio was very easy to find, parking was available, the locker room was clean and it was an overall great time. I highly recommend checking it out!

CPY Tustin has been my main studio since I started my yoga journey back in 2022, the teachers and staff are always so friendly and really encourage you to push yourself in the different classes they offer. I always feel my strength in my body and mind grow after each class I take!
