Laura was an excellent instructor! I loved the atmosphere and the energy in the room was very motivating. I liked the challenge, but also appreciated that everyone could modify the workout to what is most comfortable for them.

The variety of classes offered keeps things exciting and allows me to explore different aspects of my practice, whether I'm in the mood for an invigorating C2 class or a gnarly, grinding session like Yoga Sculpt. Variety of classes
The last time I walked into a yoga studio was before COVID. It felt good to be back in the studio.
The process of joining was easy. The instructors had a good flow and tempo.
The music was a bit too loud. It doesn't seem to match the mood or asanas that we are doing.

CorePower was a lovely experience from start to finish. It was easy to schedule a class, the welcome when I walked in the door was clear explanation of all the benefits of my free week, the classes themselves were AHHHHH-mazing. My only regret? That I don't live in SoCal year-round. CorePower was a fantastic substitute for my home studio while I was visiting family. Thank you SO much for a great experience and for helping me take care of my body while on the road!
