Every class at any hour is always sure to be led by a skilled instructor

Tustin studio is great, I truly enjoy many of the instructors particularly those who nurture a traditional yoga environment - focused on community and respect of your surroundings. They remind students to not bring in cellphones to class (it is becoming concerning that students feel permitted to bring in cellphones and take pictures in the studio space), they host quiet and relaxing savasana by cueing people to leave quietly before savasana starts and to not clean props during savasana. It’s great to see teachers integrate key yoga principles in etiquette on and off the mat.

That it is open to all, experienced or not experienced. The classes do not feel intimidated and I appreciate that instructors mention to take it at your own pace if you are just starting out. Very open and safe environment to try challenging courses.

What’s not to like? All the wonderful teachers and heated rooms ( especially infrared), showers, mix and variety of classes- I love that I can get weights yoga and sauna all in 1 hour or HPF that feels like a spa retreat. I think there could be less up and down in CPY 2 classes as it can give someone more vertigo in the heat or older students..

Tried this location while my usual studio was closed and loved it! Super welcoming staff and a great class.

This studio has incredible instructors and has such a good energy right when you walk in. Even though the studio is 16 miles from me, I still choose to drive and come to this one.

After completing several classes during my introductory week, I immediately signed up for my discounted introductory month at Core Power - in Tustin. My experience with this studio has been AWESOME! There are 2 yoga rooms, and the frequency and variety of yoga classes offered is unparalleled when compared to the other studios where I have been practicing. All my CP teachers so far have been exceptional. And there is always a happy person to greet me at the front desk when I arrive. Sometimes the sculpt classes book up quickly, but that doesn't bother me, I just make it a habit to sign up early! I am definitely going to become a full fledge member when my 'into' month is up!

Only my second yoga class. The instructor, Deora, was very clear with instructions. Created a relaxing atmosphere with her tone and choice of music. I made it all the way through!

This studio itself has a great energy and is very welcoming, which makes me excited to take class there whenever I get a chance. The instructor did an amazing job, too. Her class was beautifully sequenced with thoughtful transitions that were challenging but not overwhelming. She also had such a positive, calming presence that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

And organization of her sequencing and giving a great workout. Chyna is a superstar and really kicks your booty and I never regret going afterwards!! You know you will sweat like crazy and feel like you’re dying but will live!!

One thing - the cell phones in the rooms must stop!!!
It’s one hour- the phones can be kept in the car or locker or cubbies. There was one lady next to me who actually picked up a call and answered!!!????
It’s a distraction and it should be a rule not to have cell phones
