It’s an amazing studio. They have great teachers. The vibe is excellent. The studio is always clean and I just feel that this is a home for a lot of people to practice yoga and come back to themselves and such a chaotic and crazy world.

Loved it! The class was a little too full for a hot yoga class - too many people too close together but the teacher and atmosphere otherwise was great!

Fun way to lift weights! Friendly staff that remembers your name.

I always love my classes. However, last Monday, the room was not very hot. The instructor kept opening the doors. The temperature got down to 87 degrees. I love to sweat in the sculpt classes, so I was a little disappointed.

There are lots of classes to choose from, especially when you are busy with work and family. The place is clean, and the instructors are friendly.

I did my free trial week and was so pleasantly surprised on how much I loved it! I signed up for a membership the day my trial week was up. I highly recommend core power!

class is challenging.

Thank you so much for placing markers in studio 2. It helps with organizing classes when they’re near capacity. It is burdensome to have to tell other people to move. Jim and Jess are amazing at taking charge to create 5 rows. But when they’re not there, it makes it very uncomfortable for the rest of us to deal with noncompliant people and/or people with poor proxemics. I have witnessed people wave others way, refuse to move, and outright ignore people.

The class schedule- the ease of stepping into class for an hour of practice - showers- the teachers are great!!

The variety is untouched - unmatched !
