Instructor was amazing!

Core Power has become one of my favorite parts of the week! Special shoutout to Jess, Nora, and Nicolette as they are my absolute favorite instructors and make me feel welcome every time I walk in the door. All three of them have AMAZING flow, so each class feels very well thought out which gives the best overall workout. They all also have great music playlists. I have been recommending Core Power to all my friends and family because of how much I have fallen in love with it, and I cannot wait to see my journey and body progress as I continue to show up. Thanks to all the amazing instructors that I didn't mention as well!

Welcoming staff, knowledgeable instructors, clean facilities. The class I participated in was enjoyable yet challenging. The postures were sequenced well and the flow and pace were consistent. The cues buy the instructor were very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and look forward to taking more at this wonderful studio………..Namaste.🙏🏽

I really enjoy my CorePower Yoga experience because it’s one of the few times I get to be completely selfish with my time. With everything else going on, I don’t get a lot of moments just for myself. When I step into class, it’s a chance to disconnect from all of that and focus entirely on my own movement, breath, and mindset. It pushes me physically, but it also gives me the mental reset I need. For that hour, I don’t have to think about anything else, and that’s something I really appreciate.

Classes can get very crowded and the experience feels different than from a class that truly stays at capacity otherwise I would of given you a 10

I love going to CP in Tustin and Woodbridge location. Every instructor is unique and professional. They are a great motivator and positive influencer. Love the classes and the instructors!

Tustin is my favorite studio and it feels like home. The instructors are all AMAZING, and promote such a warm, welcoming environment. I love the variety and amount of classes offered too! I always leave re-energized, recharged, and a better version of myself!
