The staff is really friendly and welcoming, they give good instruction for someone who is new to the studio and mention what you need as a reminder at the beginning of every class. I also like that towels are available if you forget to bring your own

By far the best all-around studio. Great energy, best instructors, easy parking. Only issue was the new coverings for windows. Hate the darkness and lack of ambient lighting.

Tustin CorePower is such an amazing studio! Every time I go on vacation or skip yoga for a few days, I come back to something new and improved! Most recently, spike tape was added for mat placement as weekend and night time classes can get extremely crowded. It has helped immensely and I no longer walk in to the studio with anxiety about finding a space for my mat. Thank you to Nathalie, Nicolette, Allison and the rest of the amazing instructors for all that you do.
I love CorePower Hot Yoga for the high heat which gives me a more intense work out, makes me sweat more than regular yoga which helps burn calories, detoxify, and reduce stress. The higher the heat, the more I love it. I like the Sculp class which gives me a good work out with cardio and weights, and I like the HPF class which has the highest heat.
What I don't like is when an instructor put the music on too loud. We want to hear the instructor, and loud music is very distracting. The only time loud music is good is during cardio time.
Some instructors rush thru the sequence way too fast, and others move too slow. A medium pace is more desirable.
