Sculp class and clean facility
I have fallen in love with core power . I love that it is more than just yoga. It is a full body workout where you do actually leave everything on our Kay and are able to escape your daily life for one hour. The staff are also incredibly impressive with their uplifting personality a and helpfulness
Very professional and encouraging instructors. I love that the instructor continuely changed the heat based of the time period in class. The instructor was also great add providing corrections and giving more advanced excerises to me when nesassary

hpf - best blend of everything - clean environment and excellent posture cues - only issue i have at Tustin is that the men's locker room carpet is filthy - I don't feel comfortable walking barefoot...needs to be cleaned
