Everyone if very encouraging and helpful as I try the different classes. I thought I would NEVER try hot yoga! I was intimated by the heat factor. But I have taken C1.5 a couple of times and tried Yoga Sculpt today and was encouraged by the person at the desk when I was unsure if I could get through it. But I did it and feel great!

No matter what the class sizes, the teachers always make me feel important and pay attention to each and every student. I can tell the teachers really love to be there and it makes me enjoy being there that much more. Every class I have taken there has affected me positively physically and mentally. I love CorePower!

I love the cleanest of the facilities. How welcoming all the staff is. I love how they walk you through the sequence and with every breath. All of the instructors are so nice and approachable. Love how accommodating the space is and the locations are always a plus. I just love this place.

Sculp class and clean facility

I have fallen in love with core power . I love that it is more than just yoga. It is a full body workout where you do actually leave everything on our Kay and are able to escape your daily life for one hour. The staff are also incredibly impressive with their uplifting personality a and helpfulness

Very professional and encouraging instructors. I love that the instructor continuely changed the heat based of the time period in class. The instructor was also great add providing corrections and giving more advanced excerises to me when nesassary
