The variety and flexibility of the class schedule. I appreciate the quality and consistency of each class type. It makes it easier to plan, and less dependent on the personality of the instructors. I've almost always had good experiences with the instructors!

As a new person to Yoga; everyone made me feel welcomed and at ease. I was a little anxious since I don't know all the positions or flow but I never felt as if I was being judged or critiqued. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the classes and how quickly the time went. I am looking forward to improving my strength and flexibility in order to try more challenging classes than C1 or restorative.
