The instructors are so friendly, the studios are well heated, and the locker rooms are really large and useful.

I really like the flexibility of the studio with its ability to rent mats, towels, and purchase water all while also having access to a locker room with showers and bathroom amenities. The faculty is amazing and it’s been a great place to pursue a fitness journey.

I like the csx class because it is not heated and I get a good strength training workout. I like that the instructor kept the door propped open for breeze.

I love that the class pushes you to move deeper into every move. I started at CorePower with diastasis recti that caused back pain, among other issues. Within a week, the DR was nearly closed and my entire body felt stronger and more flexible. I am looking forward to continue rebuilding my core through my practice.

I love Core Power because they offer a wide variety of heated classes all day long. This makes it super convenient for me. In particular I love the sculpt classes, because those are always challenging and I am often (a little) sore the next day. The teachers are great, the studio is always clean, and the upbeat energy I feel when I walk in the door is outstanding.

Friendly staff, plus the restrooms have toilet seat covers and a place to hang our items inside the stall. Little details that matter and do not exist at the Brea location.

Taking the 90-minute class this morning was a fantastic challenge. I often doubt what I’m capable of, but pushing through this class gave me a huge sense of accomplishment. The teachers are incredibly dedicated, and the class flowed perfectly. I’m grateful for the opportunity to prove myself and look forward to tackling future challenges!
