Quiet and calm studio. Love the big classrooms with mirrors. Teacher is great too. Gives time between poses and clear instructions to adjust poses.

Ashlyn Z is brilliant! She guides a class full of high level yogis which is a reflection of her talent. The sequence is creative, music is fun and energy is positive!

It's a very clean studio and the instructors mix it up so that you're never bored with the same class.

Rebeca M is a fantastic yoga teacher! She is on beat, counts down from top of phrase, uses cue formulas and has amazing, intentional muscle action cues!

I really enjoy the flow the atmosphere and the vibe of Cypress‘s class at Woodbridge. She is my favorite HPF instructor.

the studio is clean and in a safe neighborhood and is just a few minutes from my house.
parking is plentiful. the teachers/trainers are very good, friendly, welcoming and are accomodating to newbie like me.
