Amazing instructor

Hi again,

Thank for soliciting feedback for WB CorePower.

Here are a few shout outs I would like to give based on my most recent experience:

-Janelah: Fantastic Instructor! C2 /Sculpt / CSX. She knows her students, super personable, and instructs a GREAT workout full of excellent beat -EDM music, body cues, and demos. I enjoy her classes so much.

-Lexus: Very good instructor for sculpt/csx and would be considered "new" for C2...but when you are in her class it does not appear that way. She instructs like a seasoned yoga instructor. Clear cues, excellent sequence (cool stuff too so it is not boring), well thought out throughout. Also, Lexus knows how to work your CORE! Best AB workouts come from Lexus.

-Vivian: So appreciative of her warm welcome to the studio and chats. She has made a difference already in the studio (heat humidifier works so well in room 1, is making schedule changes that make more sense, great subs---from other studios at times that are rock stars) Thank you to Vivian. Much appreciated!

Something to think about...

-Cell phones ON-ringing is happening way to much including instructors that are taking their peer's class (Cheryl Fox). Is there a way to have whoever is checking in to let the customer know-example: 1 block, and please silent your phone.

Amazing sequences and music and kind teachers.

Love the slight changes to the sculpt class to keep muscles sharp and working! Music change up is always so awesome as well as the vibe of the Woodbridge community!

I really like the instructors, the music, the atmosphere, the classes, and the studio overall—I enjoy it a lot. The only thing I’ve been thinking about is that the classes tend to be very similar each time, with the same routine repeated. I’d love to see a bit more variety from the instructors occasionally, but unfortunately, it feels like it’s the same thing in every class.

The choice of classes and the quality of instructors. The routines are cohesive and the facility is kept clean and professional.

I like that at Woodbridge the classes aren’t very full so you have a lot more room to move around !

Wow this was a fast paced experience and a great workout.

I like this location and the way it operates compared to others.

The studio is very clean, and both the staff and the students are friendly and respectful. Everyone follows good etiquette, which makes it a comfortable place to take classes and really focus on yoga.

Rupesh is great! We love his flows and he is very friendly. We love coming to the free classes. We are not everyday yoga people at this point so a membership wouldn't make sense for us and we can't justify $25-$35 for a single class. It would be awesome if corepower had options for $10 drop-ins maybe for certain classes. I understand the studio needs to make money but maybe there is something to try in between a free class and a full price membership or class pass. Anyway we'll be back soon for the Sunday class with Rupesh!

The studio is clean, the location so great. And Brooke is a world class instructor. I love taking her class!

First of all Thank you for making me member of the month. It’s an excellent facility. Clean, well organized. Great Instructors .Few names, Whitney, Dulce, Rupesh, Lexus. These are the teachers who I am doing classes with. Very devoted and thanks to them for sharing their time and knowledge. Thank you for bringing back the sound healing class. Hats off to Lisa G for doing it.This is my 3 rd year and I am go to explore more with some new instructor.Luxes the ordinator doing excellent job and always working hard. Just got chance to meet the new manager. Vivian, very nice and well organized.

Welcome the new manager, Vivian! I am happy to see some nice improvements (heater fixed in studio 1, more classes on the schedule, new instructors). Also, I have noticed we have had some real power house subs as well. She has done a good job with her studio coordinator, Lexus, with getting Woodbridge the facelift that it needed.

I have also noticed and appreciate the teamwork at this studio. I have seen instructors taking other instructors classes which is super cool (Rupesh, Lexus, Pia, Ashlyn Z, Veronica).

A few special shout outs:

-Sonia. She has such positive energy and I have seen her help others by going above and beyond. I love her classes too... :)

-Rupesh. He puts on a welcoming, great community class on Sundays.

-Dulce. She is so thoughtful in the way she puts together all formats that she teaches and is SUPER engaged with the students while she teaches...helpful, encouraging, and creates a safe environment.

-Lexus. Great listener and has taken feedback and created action around it! Thank you!

*David Ge and Pia were two subs that need to come back to instruct more classes. They both were AMAZING!

I love Allison as the yoga instructor, she’s the best and really gets me pumped up, and then I like that it isn’t too crowded

Loved the heat. Whitney was a great teacher. I liked the flow. I felt sore after (aka I got a good workout in).

Live the Core 2 and Yoga Sculpt classes! The instructors are always great
