I’ve taken Hot Power Fusion all over OC and the instructor at Woodbridge is hands down the best I’ve found for my practice. Since discovering her class, I’ve made HBF a core part of my weekly flow. Three times a week, no question. Her guidance keeps me grounded, present, and coming back.

I want to say - I submitted a very upset negative review today after what I thought was a disappointing and frankly extremely upsetting situation. What I was met with is why I’m following up to submit a glaring review, and a reminder of the CPY I have always known (as a member of 10+ years).

The individual that I thought I had a negative experience with today called me directly to explain that there was a misunderstanding and expressed deep empathy for the situation. She realized it looked as though she was looking at me and laughing at me stuck behind the door, when she was, in fact, on a call and her reaction was to her conversation, not me!

I deeply appreciate the way the approached and handled this situation. This also provided an opportunity for me to directly share my feedback on the overall condition of the studio and share a request for a 5 minute grace period on lunch hour yoga classes, given that most (like me) will be rushing to make it from work.

Would like to submit a direct kudos to Aly and how she handled this - she deserves recognition for her customer service excellence.

Ease in finding class whenever I have a free time to practice and they have different classes for what your mind and body needs.

Rebecca Mo is awesome! She is a true professional and cares about her classes and clients. Her music, cues, and variety of sequencing made for a challenging and fast paced class. Thank you!

Flexible time, efficient exercise and kind communication

It's very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. Classes are always changed up with new moves and music to keep it feeling new. It never gets boring.

I've really enjoyed my time at CPY Woodbridge! The studio has a variety of classes, ensuring there's always something different to try. The instructors are amazing and create a welcoming atmosphere. My one small wish is for a bit more flexibility in the afternoon/evening schedule – specifically, a 3:30 PM or 6:30 PM class. This would be incredibly helpful for optimizing back-to-back sessions (with the existing 5:00pm C2 class) and making doubles more convenient. Overall, a highly recommended studio!
