friendly staff, clean studio, great classes

I wish there was more attention for first timers. I know all the information of all classes is online but it is not enough, especially for people that have never done yoga before. I am lucky that I run and do others sports because if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be able to keep up (even with the easiest classes).
My first class the instructor just assumed I knew all the terminology and positions, and I didn’t, so I just had to look at my neighbor and tried to keep up. I love the classes I just wished I was more informed and trained for my first class.

I like the studio so much and especially because there are 2 studio rooms so more classes each day. Some days I need to push my workout by 1/2 hour or be finished earlier, so more options are nice to have. I am working to find a new studio after the Laguna Hills studio closed. Irvine is about 9 miles away, but I found a route the avoids the rush house traffic for the most part from Aliso Viejo. So far, so good and I'm happy to be able to start up again.

Ally was amazing!!! Excellent execution on cues, modifications, and appropriately placed mindfulness practices. Loved it!

Very nice studio, especially having carpet a majority of the walkways. Probably the best sculpt class I've taken. Instructor was very detailed and a great, challenging flow to the workout. Would definitely take her class again.

It's extremely conveniently located with parking right by the front door and everything in plain sight. They also have a variety of weights and all of the amenities that one could expect.

I feel more relaxed and connected to my body following my classes for Yoga especially with some of teachers as Mirela which combines physical training with thoughtful quotes.

The facility was very clean, and staff was welcoming. Class (Level 1.5) with Sonia was great — very focused on mindfulness, focus, and balance, which I appreciated.

The Woodbridge location is like a haven. The instructors truly never disappoint! Had another class with Meghann and she’s such balance of warmth, experience, and the perfect level of challenge. Thank you Woodbridge!
