That everyone is respected based on their current yoga level (having no experience to having experience). The class feels inclusive and I appreciate how instructors mention how everyone can take it at their own pace. Classes are challenging and feel comfortable enough to push myself out of my comfort zone.

I appreciate the consistency of Rupesh and his classes. The only time I go to Woodbridge is to his class. I think he brings all the right elements to class. It's inviting and to the core of yoga. A lot of other classes are just going through the motions. I appreciate that!

I loved how Ashlyn incorporated time within the practice to work on inversions. She also provided feedback, I felt supported.

The facilities at Woodbridge are so nice. Studios are spacious. Locker rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. I had two phenomenal sculpt instructors while I was visiting home. I love coming to this studio!

I love the corepower yoga experience because it is a welcoming enviroment where you can push yourself to new extents and strengths

Fantastic classes, wonderful, welcoming teachers, clean locker rooms and showers and a ton of locations with the same high standards.

The instructor was great, and the facility is always clean. One suggestion is to make sure there are always disinfecting wipes available to clean the weights before and after class, and signs posted to encourage people to do so.

Taking the late candlelight Hot Power Fusion class is the perfect way to unwind after a long, busy day. The candlelight sets a calm, peaceful mood, and Mirela’s guidance is both grounding and energizing. I always leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and more connected to myself. Highly recommend for anyone needing a mindful reset.

I've been a member of CorePower for a couple of years now and I can't recommend it enough!
I had to take some time away for an unexpected event and when I returned I felt like I came back home. Woodbridge is an especially inviting location with warm, knowledgeable, incredible instructors! So glad to be back!
