The staff here are very nice and supportive and the facility is clean. My only complaint is that some of the classes get pretty jam packed with people and I worry about covid.
It was my first time going but definitely not my last!! I went to Logan Kolnberger’s sculpt class and she was amazing and I can’t wait to experience more at CorePower Yoga❤️
Everyone from the staff to the other yogis are kind and make it so easy to fit in with everybody even though you may not be on the same level. It makes yoga practice extremely comfortable and informative

The instructors! The La Mesa studio is my favorite - all the instructors I have had here are wonderful; I regularly take classes from Shanon L and Paige Mo, and with both, their engaging personalities, professionalism, and level of expertise really shines through in how they put their classes together and connect with the class members! Never let these two get away😉❤️
Prettymuch everything, one big family
My go-to classes, HPF and Restore, have wonderful instructors and it’s always such a great feeling being so warmly welcomed when I arrive to the studio.
I’m also very appreciative of the cleanliness of the studios and hope that continues. I would have to say that previous to the pandemic some things I noticed that were slipping were the floors had dust balls sometimes along studio edges and mirrors looked like might have not been cleaned (dry sweat) in a long time.

The instructors are knowledgeable and the facilities are maintained very clean.
HPF classes but the only problem is the room tempo and humidity are never consistent. There should be a standard 105 and atlas 40%to 50% humidity. Some of your La Mesa teachers follow this others don't its all over the place.
The class was great, the instructor awesome... but it was WAY too packed, hardly space between mats and with the level of dripping sweat in hot yoga it was a bit much.
I enjoyed my first time.
