The environment is very friendly and soothing. All instructors are very passionate about their job and are very helpful.

I really like the atmosphere and instructors - I've been to other studios in the area and while the classes are ok they just don't have the same positive vibe as Uptown. It's also generally way less crowded (most likely because of the larger studio space) but I really like being able to have some room around my mat and not be worried about accidentally whacking my neighbor. :)

The staff is genuine and relatable. I love going to yoga, getting a good workout, and feeling good mentally when I leave.

I like that this is a place where beginning yogi's can learn and improve without judgment, while more advanced yogis are still challenged to push the limit in their practices, as well.

I also think exceptional and consistent performance should be acknowledged - so shout out to Paco for offering engaging, well-prepared classes.

The diversity in class types plus the cleanliness and the aesthetic of the studios.

Great class, great times

The community and the people that teach the classes are wonderful. Each teacher brings a different vibe to the classes but all seem to be very connected to the classes/people they teach.

Additionally, I am always greeted so warmly and after class the teacher is there asking how we feel....which is really appreciate.

On top of all that, the Uptown facilities are always very clean!
