You guys are so friendly!!! Even when I sign up thru classpass everyone is so welcoming and nice which is not true of many other core power studios. The studio is also so clean and big! Love everything’s out uptown core power!

This class was great - the instructor was very engaged and I usually enjoy popping in from time to time. Just wish there were more affordable rates for someone who comes 1 time a week.
I love most the classes I have taken, I enjoyed my time working at CPY as an instructor, and I adore the facilities.
Loved the core restoration on Monday night! Our teacher was great- her voice is made for this! I might enjoy a variety of background sound even if it is still for meditation. Also, the 830 spot is perfect for me/ I get home late from work every day and this helped me go to sleep!
I usually go to the Roscoe studio, but once Becky started teaching a C3 at Uptown, I started going to that location too! Becky's C3 is amazing, and a highlight of my week! The other teachers and staff at Uptown are lovely, and its a great studio to practice at!
Kerry was an excellent teacher - loved the energy of the class. The studio itself is a really nice space too - clean and very friendly.
