Everyone at the studio is welcoming and remembers you on a first name basis. I feel so welcome every time I walk in the door. The instructors are all fabulous in their own special ways. I love this studio!
Love the staff/instructors, 12pm C2, the heat and overall environment! Recently some of the classes I have been taking have had a pretty slow flow and I am really starting to miss some of those fast-paced/intense vinyasa classes!

I like the friendliness of the staff. They immediately welcome you as part of the community. The studio is beautiful. The instructors were fun and inspiring and there is type of class or classes that are good for every level!
Great instructors who are friendly and encouraging. Studio holds community classes and offers the yoga practice up for all to share in! Studio, locker rooms, and welcome area are clean and well maintained.

Cleanliness and professional
It was wonderful to come in from out of town (from Denver) and take a community class from the 300hr teaching training community. I was impressed by the level of their yoga knowledge and especially muscle-activation cuess. Thank you!!
Emily Mos is the best C2 instructor. She carefully plans her classes, such that no two classes are the same. She also gives descriptive verbal cues to make sure we are getting the most out of our poses.

great workout, no judgement classes
I love the classes. I wish there were more times around 4:30/5 so I can come to a class right after work.
What can I say about a place that makes you feel so good and so comfortable with yourself. That’s what Core Power Yoga in Uptown is to me, it’s my temple, my church, my home away from home. The staff is so wonderful, there is no “judgement” they only have love and it shows every time you walk through the doors. The manager is God send to my world he is kind, honest, helpful just plain wonderful and that gets transmitted to his instructors; they are a joy to take classes with, Hannah, Becky, Michelle, Josh, Justin and I am sure that I am forgetting some other wonderful instructors. The place is marvelous.
