Everything! I love the community the fact that there is NO JUDGEMENT! The instructor really go above and beyond to look after the students well being. They tell you over and over you have your own body, don't worry about what the person next to you is doing, concentrate on your body. They really care...I love the place when I don't go I feel so bad, it's my get away, my one hour to do what I want and take care of my body. I am grateful that have met this wonderful group of people and I thank God every day for them. Core Power has made a big different in my life. Thank you
