Variety of classes for full body experience. Typically, I’d have to belong to another gym on top of a yoga studio but with yoga sculpt that’s not necessary!
Clean and staff was friendly
The instructors working the front when I arrived were very friendly and welcoming and they quickly found my info and got me set up for my free week and gave me a quick tour of the studio. During the class, the instructor was very encouraging and helpful, constantly giving praise and/or making necessary posture corrections and was engaged with everyone for the entire duration of the class. I will definitely be back after my trial week is up!
I love all Core Power classes at all locations I've visited. This one particularly because they were very friendly.
Such a great workout. The heat was the perfect temperature and the instructor was lively and encouraging and super knowledgeable. My only (very minor) suggestion is to get some essential oil diffusers or palo santo or something to keep the studio smelling fresh!

I love that I have a variety of classes to choose from depending on what I might need on a certain day - if I need variety and unpredictability, I love attending a C2. If I need recharge with a consistent, unchanging class, I love attending HPF. If I need to release stress and get my heart rate going, I love attending YogaSculpt. Having these classes to choose from, taught by skilled teachers, is why I often recommend CorePower to friends and family.
