If I need recharge with a consistent, unchanging class, I love attending HPF. If I need to release stress and get my heart rate going, I love attending YogaSculpt. Having these classes to choose from, taught by skilled teachers, is why I often recommend CorePower to friends and family.
Love everything about CPY - the classes are always a great workout and always different. I love the heated rooms and music. And, all the instructors are amazing.

I loved all three classes I’ve taken thus far. I like how different each class is, yet all consistently yoga. I love that how you have showers. I work near the triangle location, but live down south. It’s amazingly comfortable being able to take care of myself there. I don’t have to sit in my sweat the car ride home!
