I had never been to a yoga class before, so I was very nervous. However; everyone was so nice and inviting. The instructors do a great job providing a relaxing environment, where all skill levels are accepted.

The instructors at CorePower Monarch are amazing!! I took Monique's CP2 class Saturday morning and it was the perfect way to start my Saturday! She is an amazing instructor and a genuinely beautiful soul!
