The classes are fun and as challenging as you want them to be. The instructors are super nice and knowledgeable. I always have a great time when I go to yoga here. I usually go to yoga sculpt. It's a great workout! Definitely recommend!

I enjoyed the class sequences and vibe in the studio. The two instructors I had were very attentive at the front desk and after class. The front desk attendant that was on duty when I went for the first time showed me where everything was and explained the check-in process clearly.
