Not too “ yoga”
Blend of mobility, core and flow
I loved the instructor and a really good C2 class on Fridays at 8:30!
Really great class. Like how it was focused on glutes. I like the idea of focusing on different body parts based on day/week/month.
Great classes
I am from San Diego and I found the Monarch studio in Austin to be very welcoming and nice, and the locker rooms were fully stocked with everything you might need: brushes, hairdryers, feminine hygiene products, a fan, and all the other stuff, like lotion and mouthwash. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Austin! Thanks!
The instructor was great. I'm not an advanced yogi & loved her assistance with me through the class. Unfortunately I brought along a friend who wasn't prepared for the class & had to take her home early :( I'll definitely be back to enjoy more class time & get a feel for the studio more before I look into class passes.
The employees were very friendly, engaging and explained everything in detail. It made me feel very comfortable.
The instructors are very passionate in their own ways. I like that they correct my postures and can be extra energetic, caring and personable. It's not what I expected from a 'chain' yoga studio.
Intense classes that are challenging!
The workout is amazing. it's hard, so energizing, and so zen all at the same time. Would love if it was slightly less expensive though
Emily was awesome! super welcoming and an excellent teacher.
I had a good experience and have referred friends previously
Great, sweaty workout!
Yoga classes are the best
The best
I like that there are a lot of class options and times. I appreciate that students' requests are heard (replacing C1s with C2s, etc.) and have special themed classes.
I love corepower!!
I really enjoyed the Sculpt class and look forward to trying some other classes.
pleasant Staff
Atmosphere
the only issue is the parking...
The type of classes
LOVE the additional sculpt classes added to schedule! And love having Erin back! Miss Joel though!
Convenient location and even though it doesn't have a lot of parking it at least has some (I'm used to CPY in Chicago where you have to pay to park at the locations I'd frequent, and it's not cheap), lots of classes to choose from and lots of class times offered.
The staff has been great the two times I’ve been there. The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because the parking can be a bit of headache if you attend an evening class.
CPY is an uplifting and inspirational yoga community that has inspired me to launch into my practice headfirst- undaunted and fearless. The classes are such a great workout; physically, mentally, and spiritually. I really feel the fire inside my CORE when the heat is turned up in the studio and we get moving with different postures! The instructors are so helpful in guiding new learning, and I wish to become an instructor myself in the future through CPY training.
quality classes and instructors
