The instructor was terrific! I was visiting for a graduation and decided to check out the Austin studio – I have a membership in Illinois. I actually approached the instructor after class and told her how much I loved the pacing, music, verbal instruction and she told me that she is somewhat new. I couldn’t believe it - it was one of the best classes that I’ve taken and I’ve been a member for over 10 years. It was the 10:30 Sat class and the teacher was a former dancer (forgetting her name)
I am obsessed with everything about CorePower Yoga Sculpt class. It makes me sweat harder than any workout class I've done, challenges me in the small movements, and forces me to connect my breathing to the exercises I'm performing. It is the perfect blend of Yoga, Cardio, and Strength. This is my favorite workout class of all time.
I LOVE CorePower!!! Feels so good to be back after 14 months away! The Monarch studio, like all of CorePower's studios, is clean and beautiful and the instructor was great!

I love all the amenities and the variety of classes available at Core Power Yoga. Also, I love how hot and humid the HPF classes are. I have never found another yoga studio who does it with the same intensity.

It’s the longest form of exercise I’ve done where I haven’t become injured. I feel like not only is it providing strength and cardio, it also helps with the rehabilitation of previous injuries and is strengthening muscles/ligaments that are needed to prevent future issues. Love the instructors, especially Kennedy Kurtz, she’s pushed me out of my comfort zone and even got me to expand to other classes outside of sculpt. And there have been two new trainers in Austin that have been amazing so far (Lauren Co & Jackie Hu).

I've been practicing at CorePower Yoga for several years. My home studios were all based in Chicago. I just moved to Austin on Saturday and was able to go to Monarch on Sunday morning.
It was a great class. Lilly put a great initial Core Circuit in the beginning of class... and the class was HOT. I loved it. I'll be back.

I Love Everything here! The community, the mindset, the teachers, the sweat, and the amazing way I feel after a workout. It's an investment in my well being, which helps me be my best. It's my cure for depression.
