Nice location! Excellent level 2 class!
Loved Corepower classes, I was visiting from out of town, and did a candlelit Level 2 class 4 days in a row. I was very happy with the consistent practice offered even from 4 different instructors. If I lived anywhere near a Corepower I'd love to work there (I've been a yoga teacher since 2012). The staff is respectful and knowledgeable, I appreciate you!
Oh, and the heat and sweat are perfect!

After my first time doing hot yoga, I don't know if I could ever do it any other way now! The flow and focus you feel during the class is so envigorating, and you don't realize how much work you put in until you realize how sore you are the next day. I could tell the instructor, Ilana, put a lot of effort and thought into the flow and music for the lesson and it made for a really fun and amazing experience! She was very motivating and confident in what she does.
I love the availability of classes. There are so many options which makes it easy for me to attend.

I don’t know when the studio went under new management but in all honesty it’s the best CPY experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to CPY in multiple states). The teachers are phenomenal, the classes are challenging, cohesive, and exciting. The music is amazing - everything is just a 10/10!
