I like the mix of core work with vinyasa which is why i choose this studio over others in the area - i tend to enjoy the classes the most when more core work or repetition of classic body weight exercises are incorporated into the flow. Keeps it interesting and challenging.

Karli is one of the best yoga teachers I have practice with - She challenged and directed at the same time while delivering a resonating message of personal power. I had a wonderful experience and felt the energy of the room circulate - it was cool! I will do it again, that’s for sure,

i love the workout, the people, the many class options, the personal music playlists. i do wish they could hire professional cleaners for the locker room. mine is super dusty & moldy much of the time.
Core Power Monarch is an important contributor to downtown culture. Holding long-term teachers, like Jessica F and Joel H in prime teaching spots helps maintain the culture. This studio is an important part of my daily routine and I really appreciate the teachers and staff who keep it awesome!
Teacher Andi was great. Class was very challenging in the heat but still peaceful.
I love the instructors most of all. The facility (Monarch, Austin TX) is great. I really enjoy the lessons, I do CS2 and Yoga Sculpt.

I love the community and the way the teachers are invested in me and my journey, and I love that it’s a different experience every time.
I look forward to it every morning doing this trial, and feel a bit sad that my trial is about to end. I would definitely sign up if the membership was a bit cheaper… I rediscovered my love for yoga and how it makes my day better physically and mentally. Even the people around me notice my better mood and better posture after just a bit over one week! Highly recommend, it’s addicting!

Great workout. Nice facilities.
Great instructor, the room was so hot and humid in a good way! The only thing I didn't like was the carpet throughout the main lobby area from a hygiene perspective since everyone is very sweaty.

Excellent teachers!
The class and instructor were fantastic. I appreciated the COVID-19 safety protocols and the flow of the instructor (Catherine, I believe was her name). If I lived in Austin I would be a regular in her classes! Thank you for a wonderful moment of strength and focus.
