My name is B and I was in my first trial class of the week (Monday) and the instructor was I believe Ashely B.? Now I have done Yoga before but I have never done Yoga & Body Sculpt. She kicked my butt and hurting now. But it's a good hurt to where it's motivated me to be more active and get things going. Its was a great class and definitely recommend this location to anyone up for a challenge.
LOVE LOVE LOVE COREPOWER Yoga and the community that it encompasses. The teachers and trainers are exceptional, the facilities are always in great shape, and they treat everyone with respect. I was a member of CorePower Yoga about 7-8 years ago... I recently went to a "Free Community Class" and fell back in love. I then signed back up for unlimited monthly access and this Friday I am introducing one of my best friends to the studio. Thank you CorePower yoga for the Zen, the Respect and the HOT YOGA!

The CSX class with Whitney A. Is my favorite. He is super creative and careful. The class challenges me both with its aerobics and weights. I'm getting stronger and building endurance. Whitney is great at meeting you where you are and pushing you a little further. I would recommend this class to anyone at any level. You will find what your need here.

The community class on February 9 was amazing and Amber is an incredible teacher. She is so clear with her instructions and also very motivating. Also, I thought I had lost my wallet at the studio, so I went back the same night and Mari was very helpful and caring.

Flexible cancellation policy, variety of classes, evening classes, great instructors and great energy.
Great training, friendly staff and clean locker room. Love when instructors explain a pose, and then throw in an advanced version to attempt.
Not sure if my conditioning/cardio is still super poor, but wondering if the climate control for the room is recirculating or fresh-air/split. Often the instructors fan open the door when they see student's performance dropping. My last job had oxygen sensors in rooms where equipment used liquid nitrogen for tests. Would be interesting to see if Amazon has a cheap one to bring to class some time.

- links to recommended videos
- maybe a Q/A portal
I really feel like every instructor offers a unique approach to yoga. I get to go to classes that have different styles and energy and always learn something new about yoga and often about myself. And I'm getting super strong! :)
