Gina Sickels! She's an amazing instructor - upbeat, great music, she is full of energy! Even in a very hot and humid room. Plus, she donated her Friday yoga/sculpt class as a fundraiser for Team Abigail. The class was packed, and everyone had a great time donating money for a great cause. The facility was clean and very well laid-out.
Kayvons, nilo, Johnathon and Jess class are my fav! Great playlist and also take recommendations on what we like to focus on! Thank you for your awesome energy and class!
I’m recovering off a broken foot and I’ve taken two classes. I will be definitely signing up for a membership. I’ve booked out the rest of the week on my free pass.

The studios are always clean and organized, and every instructor is so knowledgeable and welcoming! As a new member to Corepower Yoga, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Woodbridge, and can definitely see myself here for the long run.
Elizabeth always puts the extra effort into setting up a candlelight experience and does a nice flow for a 5:45 am class. The shower facilities are always nice and clean.
The staff is always friendly and the studio is clean!

I love CorePower - it has really been life changing for me since I joined in the summer! I wish we would have gotten some communication around who won our local studio prize for the power of love challenge.. I called corporate to ask how we’d find out about the results and they said we’d all get a communication about who won but I never saw anything 😊 it was pretty difficult for me to get to 20 classes in Feb as I work full time and have 2 young kiddos so I wish I knew how that all played out. Anyway, a small thing and I love CorePower and I’m constantly bringing buddies to try it out! Keep up the good work!
