The class instructor, Sophia, gave a great yoga class and imparted her calmness, kindness and expertise giving off good vibes.
The pace was just right - not too slow and not too overly difficult to maintain the flow of movement.

I love all of the classes offered, the instructors are so professional and kind, and I like the variety of times that classes are offered. I used to shower there after class, but stopped because of some minor issues. Mainly things like mold in small crevices of the showers. I have been at this studio for about 1 year and overall very happy coming here.

I love that there are so many class options in a day, it makes it very easy to be able to get on the mat. I especially have enjoyed C2 with KT, Cathy, Lisa, and Jill.

I also think the infrared heat system is really marvelous and wish it could be incorporated into the studio at Huntington Beach.!
I enjoy the instructors and the service when I purchase merchandise. The only complain I have is there are a lot of dust on the ceiling lights so when I work out and do yoga poses, the dust on the lights are worrisome that the rooms are not as clean as I think they are because the lights are usually dimmed. Also, the floors can be cleaner. I can tell they are not cleaned well because there are dust bunnies in the corner.
