I love the brea studio.
I would recommend with a 10, however, I would like to make some comments. Sometimes the studio is not supported well with technical issues. There are times there are lack of wipes, plumbing issues, technical difficulties, etc. There are changes that could be made more promptly and conveniently affect the maintenance of the studio and ultimately the consumers.
But instructors are great and I really appreciate the yoga family.
I love the vibe of the studio. I love the instructors. I love the convenience of so many classes to choose from. Woodbridge is the best :)

It has great locations. Also there is such a wide variety of times and different places to make sure you can get your yoga work out in. The staff that I have worked with and met are extremely phenomenal.

The only thing I would recommend is to have more weights. There is a lot of time wasted looking for the weights you need and lugging them everywhere. You are short on some weights during busy times and they are not in their labeled places . I personally like when they are in the rooms

I really enjoy my CorePower Yoga experience because it’s one of the few times I get to be completely selfish with my time. With everything else going on, I don’t get a lot of moments just for myself. When I step into class, it’s a chance to disconnect from all of that and focus entirely on my own movement, breath, and mindset. It pushes me physically, but it also gives me the mental reset I need. For that hour, I don’t have to think about anything else, and that’s something I really appreciate.
