That everyone is respected based on their current yoga level (having no experience to having experience). The class feels inclusive and I appreciate how instructors mention how everyone can take it at their own pace. Classes are challenging and feel comfortable enough to push myself out of my comfort zone.
That it is open to all, experienced or not experienced. The classes do not feel intimidated and I appreciate that instructors mention to take it at your own pace if you are just starting out. Very open and safe environment to try challenging courses.
What’s not to like? All the wonderful teachers and heated rooms ( especially infrared), showers, mix and variety of classes- I love that I can get weights yoga and sauna all in 1 hour or HPF that feels like a spa retreat. I think there could be less up and down in CPY 2 classes as it can give someone more vertigo in the heat or older students..

Yesterday, I took the C2 class and it was exactly what I needed. The class was challenging and a great way to start my Sunday.
The instructor Patrick. By far the best core restore I’ve ever been to. I’ve taken his fusion and C2 and loved what he does. So I’m not surprised. But seriously, please sign him up for more of these at night and I’ll drive to where he has to take the course.
I drove past my home studio to fashion island to take Patrick’s class. He has more experience than most of the Core Power instructors…everything from the structure of the class, the music, the way he cues and uses analogies, how he makes the space safe for you to do what you need to do, and his humor just make it perfect. Patrick also remembers his students and makes you feel welcomed.

This studio made me fall in love with yoga sculpt. Every single instructor i’ve taken a class from is amazing so personable and such a pleasure to be around. Specifically Lori she’s such a gem and wonderful instructor! Brea is the only location for me!
Love spending an hour with Alexis Holden. She is the best of the best; so creative, concise, and altogether lovely. Her classes are challenging and I feel better and stronger after every one.
All of the instructors are kind and energetic, but challenging! The rooms are clean and I leave every class feeling like I worked physically.
This studio has incredible instructors and has such a good energy right when you walk in. Even though the studio is 16 miles from me, I still choose to drive and come to this one.
