The best workouts ever! I do the Sculpt class and within 5 to 6 classes I can see a body shift.
The instructors are wonderful at correcting your alignments and making sure you are maintaining your own fitness level. You get a full body workout from the top to the bottom!

Everyone is so nice at CorePowerYoga Brea! The teachers are awesome. There’s plenty of classes and schedules to choose from. I personally love Yoga Sculpt. I feel good and more confident after a work out. Definitely a must class to get a sweat sesh!

Cpy brea is an excellent place to practice yoga, get strong and find community! Amber and Mari are great managers and teachers! I really enjoy 1200 CSX too!

After completing several classes during my introductory week, I immediately signed up for my discounted introductory month at Core Power - in Tustin. My experience with this studio has been AWESOME! There are 2 yoga rooms, and the frequency and variety of yoga classes offered is unparalleled when compared to the other studios where I have been practicing. All my CP teachers so far have been exceptional. And there is always a happy person to greet me at the front desk when I arrive. Sometimes the sculpt classes book up quickly, but that doesn't bother me, I just make it a habit to sign up early! I am definitely going to become a full fledge member when my 'into' month is up!

Feeling of community and empowerment
I very much enjoyed this 75 minute class. Kathy is an amazing instructor I would 10/10 take her class again. Her calming aura and her detailed instructions throughout class made it easy to follow and to enjoy. I liked that because the class was 75 minutes, I did not feel rushed and was able to smoothly do all poses at my pace. I would appreciate if all hot power fusion classes were 75 minutes. Thank you (:

The welcome we received at the front was very friendly. The teacher was very nice and helped beginners with lots of instructions and options. I brought a friend who had not done a class before and was afraid she would do badly...she did great and loved it. Only my second yoga class. The instructor, Deora, was very clear with instructions. Created a relaxing atmosphere with her tone and choice of music. I made it all the way through!

Convenient parking and lockers that lock. I previously was at another Yoga studio that the parking was terrible and the lockers didn’t lock. CorePower meets all my expectations, the teachers seem professional also. Will sign up for a CorePower membership
I appreciate the consistency of Rupesh and his classes. The only time I go to Woodbridge is to his class. I think he brings all the right elements to class. It's inviting and to the core of yoga. A lot of other classes are just going through the motions. I appreciate that!

Fashion Island CP has a cute boutique style ambiance that is both clean and organized. The instructor Alexis H has a creative and unique approach to guiding vinyasa. She is a gem!

This studio itself has a great energy and is very welcoming, which makes me excited to take class there whenever I get a chance. The instructor did an amazing job, too. Her class was beautifully sequenced with thoughtful transitions that were challenging but not overwhelming. She also had such a positive, calming presence that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
This studio has incredible instructors and has such a good energy right when you walk in. Even though the studio is 16 miles from me, I still choose to drive and come to this one.
